This book shows you not only how you can do this but go a step further and capitalise on your hardships and challenges in life to create your material and spiritual abundance!
IVF-Birthing Your Entrepreneurial Success™ was born about a year after my last business collapse, while I was desperately seeking and researching the reasons why my behavioural patterns were being continuously repeated with the same outcome – enormous financial loss.
I have read and studied the works of Ralph Waldo Emerson, Socrates, Giordano Bruno, Leonardo Di Vinci, Wallace Wattles, Napoleon Hill, George S. Clason, Sun Tzu, Carl Jung, Jim Rohn, Zig Zigglar, Dr. John Demartini, T. Harv Eker and many more in my efforts to discover an answer to this.
As I applied what I learned, I noticed phenomenal, foundational shifts taking place within myself. Upon synthesising what I had been learning and applying over the past couple of years to create success, I realised that there were three essential , completely independent elements that seemed to me to be the secret ingredient.
They are to be taken in that order, and it is imperative that they are congruent and work in harmony, creating the success you desire. Hence, the concept of IVF-Birthing Your Entrepreneurial Success™ was born. They seem like three small words, yet when unpacked, they contain such enormous value for both you as the entrepreneur and for your customer.
Inspiration encapsulates passions, goals, persistence, networking, self confidence and self belief, and it represents the why behind your focus. The Value component incorporates behaviour, opportunities, negotiating, branding, quality and service, and it represents the how behind your actions. Finance, which involves paying yourself first, building wealth, taking risks, the Wealth Thermometer™ and crowdfunding, is the reward behind your success.
Each of these elements and more will be further unpacked in the coming chapters. I urge you to read this book a few times and do the exercises. Taking this time will assist you not only in creating clarity, but also certainty.
‘When you are clear, what you choose to show up in your life will, and only to the extent that you are clear.’ – Janet Attwood
Reading this book once will be inspirational. Reading it four times will bring you closer to the deeper truths embedded in the simple, succinct writing. Reading it at least seven times will definitely cause a substantial shift in your life. Regardless of “where you are” in your life, reading this book at least seven times will structurally cause an alteration to every area of your life as it exists in the moment.
There is a term in the SCUBA diving fraternity, plan the dive and dive the plan, and this applies equally to life. Plan your life and live that life. Without planning, you will find it very hard to succeed, as there would be little or no clarity. This is why I urge you to take the time to do the exercises in the book. It worked for me, and I know it will work for you.
